In the ideal world, we can go through d.school's design thinking process in every project but that is just NOT how it works in the business world. Focusing on Product Viability is how I approach Design and Strategy.
If I really have to pick one thing that matters to me the most, it would be Empathy — the quintessence of human-centered design. Not only do I empathize with end-users, I also empathize with my fellow designers, engineers, and business partners.
